✨ Chopper’s Story

Chopper’s journey began in pain and uncertainty.
He was found after being hit by a car, his little paw severely injured and his body overwhelmed with fear.

A kind person stopped to help him, but didn’t know where to turn. That’s when K9 Lifesavers stepped in.

He was rushed immediately to our trusted veterinarians, where he received X-rays, ultrasound, and every test needed to understand the full extent of his injuries. From that moment on, Chopper became part of our family.

His recovery has not been easy. Every day, his wounds are carefully cleaned, and his treatments are given with love and dedication. He is also fighting ehrlichiosis, working hard to regain his strength, rebuild his platelet levels, and heal his damaged paw.

But through it all, Chopper has shown incredible resilience.
A quiet strength.
A will to keep going.

Once he is fully recovered, he will be sterilized and ready for the next chapter of his life — a forever home.

We dream of seeing Chopper travel to Canada, where a loving family will give him the safety, care, and love he has always deserved.
